She holds LLB and LLM from Mzumbe College Tanzania and PhD from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, for her thesis entitled: The Clash between Dangerous Cultural Beliefs and Human Rights: A Case Examine of Atrocities in opposition to Individuals Residing with Albinism in Tanzania.

Jonathan Bashi Rudahindwa presently teaches Normal Industrial Regulation, Overseas Exchange Rules, Funding Regulation and OHADA and Regional Integration in Africa at Université Protestante au Congo (D.R. Congo) and has beforehand been concerned within the teaching of the Law and Improvement, and Legal Methods of Asia and Africa courses at SOAS, University of London.

In a relatively quick interval since its establishment since 2009, the LDI has made substantial achievements: it has published main treatises in regulation and growth , hosted annual international conferences , managed the only peer-reviewed journal in legislation and development, “Regulation and Growth Evaluate” , and undertaken worldwide growth initiatives on the request of national governments.
