Brand New Website
We are happy to reveal our brand new website.
We are extremely pleased with the final result and hope all of
our customers, old and new, are too. We have tried to
make it as user friendly as possible, with all the information
we feel is relevant to our customers. If you would like to
email us any ideas, complaints etc. then we would be happy to
hear from you as all ideas are welcome to help make this a quick
and easy process for you as a customer
General Pointers
After sales - Buyers, please do note that if
you have left bids with us we will not contact you if you are
unsuccessful. We sometimes have in excess of 300 bidders
and to go through and contact everyone would be impossible, also
it is not programmed into our computer to send our unsuccessful
bid sheet details. If you are wishing to know results then
please ring us and we will be happy to tell you them.
Sellers - Please note you are only sent
statements when your cheques are sent out. Please ring us
if you require any information about your items and how they did
in the sale.
To all buyers - please do allow us a little
time after the sales to be able to get your items together and
packed and weighed. This takes a considerable amount of
time and man power to get done so we cannot get it done in a day
I'm afraid. We have to check all bids first in case of
error and then we must sort the goods into who has bought what.
Collections
We are regularly travelling the country and
are pleased to call and collect lots for auction. We also
undertake valuations for insurance and probate, charges will
apply. Unfortunately if we do not have any other jobs in
your area then it is a case of waiting until there are other
jobs near you for us to do a trip around your area. Please
do take note that we do not offer a valuation service on items
that are not being presented for auction. If items have
come in for auction we are happy to give you a rough early idea
to put your mind at ease about your items.
Item Details/Pictures
If you require more information on a lot then
please feel free to email us. We can provide (within
reason) extra condition reports, more details and pictures.
If we can access the lot in question then you will be emailed
prior to sale week. Sometimes though items cannot be
accessed until the saleday setup on the Monday so please do not
be alarmed if we do not email you until the Monday evening.
